LPN Day Shift Nurse; Weekends

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals on a Per Diem basis.

• Provide high-quality patient care to our short-term and long-term residents, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and behavioral care

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Conduct routine vital sign checks, administer medications, and perform wound care as needed

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination

• Weekend shifts available, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
