Shift​/Charge Nurse – LVN​/LPN

Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with mobility needs and daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks.

• Assist in scheduling of caregivers and supervising of medication program.
• Act as liaison and maintain positive relations with residents and their families and physicians.
• Solve problems and exhibit ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and your team.
• Receive on-the-job training and have opportunities for career growth and advancement.

• Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.
• State‑issued nurse license required.
