• Providing administrative support across a large residential property portfolio
• Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors and service providers
• Preparing tenancy agreements, referencing documentation and tenancy paperwork
• Arranging property inspections, move-ins, move-outs and deposit registrations
• Managing client, tenant and contractor communications and responding to enquiries
• Supporting marketing activities, property listings and general office administration

• Previous experience in property management, administration, lettings support or a similar role
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and ability to commute to Cranleigh
