The Role - Teaching Assistant - Secondary School (Cranleigh)

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to support students across KS3 and KS4. As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide in-class support to students and teachers
  • Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions
  • Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
  • Support pupils with additional learning needs (SEND, EAL, or SEMH)
  • Build strong, positive relationships with students and staff
