The Role - Teaching Assistant - Secondary School (Cranleigh)We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to support students across KS3 and KS4. As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide in-class support to students and teachers
- Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions
- Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Support pupils with additional learning needs (SEND, EAL, or SEMH)
- Build strong, positive relationships with students and staff
- Supportive and welcoming team environment
