The Role

As a Trainee Teacher, you won’t be thrown into the deep end alone. You will work 1:1 or in small groups with students, learning to implement bespoke educational and behavioural programs.

Learn as You Earn:
Gain hands‑on experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) while receiving comprehensive internal training.

Behavioural Expertise:
Master the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to support communication and life skills.

Collaborative Growth:
Work alongside Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists to provide holistic support.

What We Are Looking For
  • Passion over

    Experience:

    No teaching degree required. We value personality, patience, and a genuine desire to support young people with complex needs.
  • Resilience:
    The ability to remain calm and positive in challenging situations.
  • Communication:
    Strong verbal and written skills for reporting on student progress.
  • Education:

    A degree is preferred (ideally in Psychology or Education), but candidates with strong A-levels and a heart for social care are welcome.
