Location: Waverley
Xede Recruitment invites you to join a specialist education team as a Teaching Assistant. You’ll work with small classes, support literacy, numeracy and PSHE, and help students communicate using Makaton, signs and symbols in a multi‑sensory approach.
All Teaching Assistants participate in a funded apprenticeship and Team Teach training, with on‑site mentors to build confidence and skills. There are clear progression routes to Senior TA and HLTA, with a 36‑hour week (term time plus CPD days) and
