Pay: £26,951.00 – £29,881.00 per year GBP / Year

The Role and Responsibilities – Support Worker

You will play a vital part in the tenants’ personal development and community involvement as a Supported Living Assistant, acting as a critical worker and advocate.

Important responsibilities include:
  • Daily Support:
    Helping with fundamental living skills such as shopping, cooking, managing the home and personal growth.
  • Promoting Independence:
    Encouraging tenants to develop new abilities, gain self‑confidence and effectively manage their emotions.
  • Activity Facilitation:
    Organizing and participating in a range of interesting excursions and activities, including local trips, college visits, workouts and nature walks.

    Collaboration:

    Working as a dedicated team to foster an atmosphere of respect, inclusivity and empowerment.
