Are you an accomplished, collaborative, and strategically-minded leader ready to take the helm of a complex Estate? Cranleigh School invites applications for the vital role of Director of Estates.

Based at our beautiful Cranleigh site, you will be responsible for the maintenance and continual improvement of the entire Estate, making a lasting impact by overseeing all Estate compliance and playing a leading role in the practical implementation of our ambitious Masterplan 2025.

This diverse and strategic role encompasses leadership across four core pillars :

• Lead the delivery of capital projects from inception to completion (acting as the School's 'Client' under CDM regulations).
• Develop and implement a long-term Estate strategy aligned with educational goals.
• Manage the Strategic Maintenance Plan (including a rolling 5-year refurbishment programme).
• Act as the School's 'Responsible Person' under DfE and HSE guidance.
