We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Horticultural Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, share your passion for gardening, and help maintain high standards across our plant and retail areas.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and expert advice on plants and gardening products
• Assist customers with plant selection, care guidance, and problem‑solving
• Maintain plant health through watering, feeding, and general care
• Merchandising and replenishing stock, ensuring displays are attractive and well‑organised
• Supporting seasonal changes and promotions while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the site

• Passion for horticulture, gardening, or plants
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred
• Good plant knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• A proactive, team‑oriented attitude
