Base pay range$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

- Maintain and coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel plans
- Draft and manage professional correspondence, follow-ups, meeting minutes, and agendas
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external use
- Act as the front-line representative for guests, calls, and visitors to the office
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate company-wide meetings, staff events, and off-site functions
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and postage accounts
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of communal office spaces
- Handle local errands such as check pickups, material deliveries, and mail drops
- Assist with team logistics and ad hoc administrative tasks
- Support expense tracking, receipt coding, and reimbursement processing
- Assist with light project coordination, internal research, and cross-team support
- An associate's or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
- A background in professional services, construction, or engineering environments is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, Docu Sign, and scheduling platforms
- Reliable transportation is required for local errands
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
