Are you friendly, organized, and great with customers? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working with a variety of business systems. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Respond to customer emails through Zendesk
- Assist with inventory control and order processing
- Process and coordinate customer returns
- Work with Square and Shopify
- Use Quick Books for basic business-related tasks
- Work with Ship Station for shipping and order fulfillment
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Keep customer and order information accurate and up to date
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable learning new software and technology
- Reliable and dependable
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred
Experience with Square, Shopify, Quick Books, Ship Station, or Zendesk is a plus - but we're willing to train the right person!
Position DetailsPay: $18 /hour
Schedule: Part-Time, Monday-Friday
