CCAP Family Health Services, a Joint Commission Accredited NCQA III Federally Qualified Community Health Center, seeks a full-time Physician (MD/DO) in a growing, multi-site Family Medicine Practice. The practice offers integrated oral and behavioral health care, family-centered case management, and uses the Next Gen electronic health record system. Sponsorship for J1

Requirements include licensure in Rhode Island (or eligibility), Board Certification in Family Medicine, and a community-oriented approach. Candidates should have a strong clinical background, supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to community health.

Maintain confidentiality of all health records in accordance with laws and policies. The physical environment involves typical clinical office demands, potential exposure to biohazards, and the necessity to meet vision and mobility requirements.
