We help child care providers learn best practices in early learning and apply them to the care children receive. Creating and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum for young children. Lead teachers also communicate with parents and guardians about their children’s behavior. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as a passion for working with young children. The ideal candidate should have a degree in early childhood education or a related field and experience working in a preschool or daycare setting.

• Must have a degree or certification in early childhood education.
• Experience with preschool age children (2.9‑5 years old).
• Strong classroom management and a team player with great communication skills.
