Are you looking to join a fun, caring, family-centered early learning atmosphere? We are looking for Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Teacher Assistants and Floaters to join our team at our Johnston Early Childhood Learning Academy.

• Have high school diploma or GED
• Be willing to learn and provide a positive learning environment for children ages 6 weeks‑5 Years old
• Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish
• Have strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Provide a nurturing, loving, & safe environment for children
• Must be flexible and enjoy working with children (ages 6 weeks‑5 years old)
• Have knowledge of RIELDS or willingness to be trained
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to completed
• Preference given to those with Early Childhood college credits
• Must have 12 credits in Early Childhood to qualify as a lead teacher
• Be involved in curriculum planning for hands on activities or willingness to learn
• Be positive, energetic & able to work with others as a team
