We are seeking a part-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team on-site at our Cranston, RI location. This role includes managing appointment scheduling, coordinating care plans, and maintaining positive patient interactions to ensure a seamless experience. Key responsibilities also include answering phone calls with professionalism, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and strong Phone Etiquette
• Skills in Care Coordination and Patient Care
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certifications in healthcare administration are an advantage
