Raffa Yoga & Urban Sweat is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our therapeutic team. We offer more than just a service — we offer a full experience of care. Our massage sessions are 75 minutes because we value presence, depth, and giving both client and therapist the space to relax into the work. Our environment is serene, intentional, and truly centered around holistic health.
We’relooking for someone who is:
- Grounded and professional
- Passionate about healing work
- Punctual and dependable
- Able to hold space for others while staying centered themselves
- 75-minute massage sessions (not 50 or 60)
- Steady clientele and competitive compensation
- A supportive team and peaceful work environment
- The chance to be part of a respected, established wellness brand (25+ years strong)
- Current RI Massage Therapy License
- Must be available 3 days per week, 1 weekend day minimum
- Experience in holistic, therapeutic, or clinical massage is a plus
