- Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret data from multiple electronic platforms.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, quality metrics, and federal reporting documentation.
- Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and opportunities for quality improvement.
- Support program evaluation, research, and data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor performance measures and assist with quality improvement projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, funded agencies, and vendors on data management and reporting.
- Support annual site visits, program operations, and data-related training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, research, reporting, or data management.
- Experience in healthcare, public health, clinical quality, or government programs preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with multiple data systems and prepare accurate performance reports.
