Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology

Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience developing applications with .NET and SQL.
• At least 4 years of .Net development/implementation project with .Net/ASP.NET/ C#
• At least 1 year experience with Cloud Architecture and Development is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing application software issues
• Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL fundamentals
• Experience with developing functional, technical and user interface designs for an application that meets the defined requirements (business, system performance and standards)
• Ability to use formal methods for delivering new or enhanced applications, identify and communicate systems development processes and develop deliverables associated with the respective phases of the lifecycle
• Ability to develop and maintain structured application modules and associated documentation to meet design specifications
• Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, supports, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
