Skills:

Testing, conversion projects

Required Skills:

• 5-7 years’ experience as a Quality Assurance / Tester
• Experience with Agile Scrum
• Experience with automated testing toolsets
• Experience managing off-shore resources
• Expert in all phases of QA / Testing life cycle
• Knowledgeable in formalized QA / Testing strategy, processes, methodologies and standards
• Familiar with Agile frameworks and testing process implications
• Able to clearly articulate complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in area of specialty

• Department of Motor Vehicle domain knowledge / expertise is a plus
