• 5 - 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with Agile Scrum
• Demonstrated experience in performing requirements gathering sessions for large-scale systems implementation
• Demonstrated experience creating technical roadmaps to develop and implement a complex system rewrite
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with clients and technical staff in English
• Experience in multiple phases of SDLC is required.
• Skills and personal characteristics that enable successful relationship building with a variety of management and client personnel
• Capable of giving attention to detail while still understanding and dealing with the global aspects of the project
• Experience with test scripts development, execution and automation is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in area of specialty
