Java, .NET Troubleshooting ( USC&GC

The ideal candidate should have:

• At least 4 years of experience in troubleshooting Java/.Net based applications.
• At least 4 years of experience in Development/Configuration/Solutions Evaluation/Validation and Deployment.
• Good understanding of 3-Tier application architecture.
• ITIL foundation certified / good understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Unix OS, Unix commands, and good PL/SQL knowledge.
• Basic shell scripting knowledge.
• Experience in 24x7 application support ecosystem, preferably in onshore-offshore delivery model.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
