We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented IT Systems Administrator to manage and support our organization’s IT infrastructure across multiple platforms and locations. This role involves the administration of Office 365, Windows Servers, VOIP systems, end‑user devices, and business‑critical applications like Inxsql. The ideal candidate will be proactive, security‑conscious, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities Office 365 Administration- Manage user accounts: add/remove users, assign licenses
- Administer Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
- Configure and manage Microsoft Teams and Groups
- Enforce security policies including password controls and MFA (Authenticator)
- Manage Exchange Online mailboxes and permissions
- User provisioning and deactivation
- Maintain and troubleshoot VOIP hardware
- Configure extensions and call queues
- Manage Domain Controller, DNS, and user accounts
- Configure and maintain network printers
- Perform regular backups and recovery testing
- Manage user access and printer configurations
- Support Inxsql database and One Drive integration
- Procure, configure, and deploy Windows 11 PCs (desktops/laptops) for local and branch offices
- Install and maintain applications
- Configure network and label printers (Zebra, HP)
- Troubleshoot Ethernet and WiFi connectivity
- Manage login permissions and user defaults
- Customize and create reports (SSRS)
- Set up customers, vendors, and items
- Handle invoicing, receiving, lot management, and auditing
- Import files for pricing and mass updates
- Maintain code files and forms
- Configure and support Net Extender VPN and Remote Desktop settings
- Maintain Exclaimer Cloud for email signature management
- Maintain and update company website ()
- Work with PHP and Dream Host hosting platform
- Create and edit product prints and documentation
- Manage AWS Route 53 DNS configurations
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, and VOIP systems
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Inxsql
- Familiarity with PHP, SSRS, and AWS services
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Microsoft Certified:
Azure Administrator Associate - CompTIA Network+ / Security+
- Ring Central Certified Administrator
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
