Litigation Attorney

ODU Law Firm is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Litigation Associate to join our team. • Manage a busy caseload and drive matters forward efficiently.
• Take ownership of plaintiff‑side employment law and civil rights cases from intake through resolution.
• Conduct fact investigations, handle administrative filings (MCAD/RICHR/EEOC), develop demand strategies, and negotiate pre‑litigation settlements.
• Lead litigation on assigned cases: draft pleadings, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, argue motions, and prepare for trial.
• Play an active role in advancing the firm’s mission and profitability.

• Admission to the MA and RI bars or willingness to promptly seek admission.
• Candidates awaiting bar results are encouraged to apply (employment contingent on passing).
• 0–3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong advocacy, writing, and client management skills.
• Commitment to serving clients and growing as a litigator.
• Law Review, Moot Court, or Trial Team experience is a plus.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 + performance‑based bonus potential
