Join our legal team to support ongoing growth, expanding into new global markets. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on potential risk areas including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. You’ll handle multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes proceedings. You will also forge vendor and industry partnerships, ensuring compliance with U.S. and foreign legal frameworks.

• Manage complex litigation and counsel on risk mitigation.
• Drafter motions, briefs, take depositions, conduct oral arguments, and lead settlement negotiations.
• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

• JD with experience in litigation risk mitigation and trial work.
• Experience drafting motions, briefs, taking depositions, oral arguments, and settlement negotiations.
• Preferred commercial litigation experience in competition, regulatory, and healthcare law.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong academic record and professional background.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, excellent communication and analytic skills.
