In House Paralegal - Providence - Onsite - Above Market Compensation

A fast-growing company in the renewables space is seeking an In House Paralegal to support legal, transactional, and compliance functions across a multi-entity organization. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will be a key player in corporate governance, transaction support, data room and closing coordination, and contract/document management.

• Manage transaction data rooms and coordinate closings for corporate, financing, and real estate deals
• Prepare and file corporate forms, compliance filings, and entity formation documents
• Review and organize agreements, track obligations, and maintain reporting calendars
• Maintain corporate records, databases, and organizational charts across 100+ entities
• Facilitate contract routing, execution, and document control
• Serve as a liaison with finance, outside counsel, counter parties, and internal teams

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate/finance or real estate transactions (law firm or in‑house)
• Strong organizational skills and high‑volume entity management experience
• Proficiency managing document repositories, closings, and regulatory filings
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
