Productive Collaboration, LLC-Bench Worker​/Production Associate

Air & Anchor is seeking a hands‑on, detail-oriented Bench Worker / Production Associate to support daily jewelry production at our Rhode Island factory. This role is multifunctional and fast‑paced, working closely with our internal production team to help bring product from raw components to finished pieces ready for customers.

Stringing & Assembly:
Accurately string bracelets and necklaces according to product specs.

Chain Cutting & Finishing:
Measure, cut, and finish chains to exact lengths with attention to detail.

Hardware & Component Assembly:
Attach clasps, jump rings, tags, and finishing components.

Quality Control:
Inspect each piece to ensure a clean, polished, and consistent finish.

Packaging:
Package finished jewelry and prepare for in‑store and online fulfillment.

Shipping Prep:
Assist with labeling, boxing, and prepping orders for final shipment when needed.

Workflow Support:
Assist on production lines and maintain an organized workstation.

• Experience in jewelry assembly or craft/handwork preferred (not required – will train the right person)
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced factory environment
• Comfortable working with small tools and components
• Team‑oriented and willing to jump in where needed
