As a member of our retread team, you will help extend the life of existing tires by recapping, remolding, and re‑treading them to ensure they are safe and reliable.

• Inspect tires to assess suitability for retread
• Buff the casing to remove worn tread
• Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the tire casing
• Apply rubber cement or a patch to repair the casing before new tread installation
• Build the tire by applying new tread
• Cure the tire to form the retread application
• Conduct final inspection to ensure a safe, quality product

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Basic computer skills

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing, general labor, or entry‑level positions preferred
