Test Engineer – Agile and Automation Testing (Interview on 17th Aug 2017)

• Basic
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Information Technology.
• Preferred
  • Minimum 1+ years of end‑to‑end testing.
  • Hands‑on experience in various testing methodologies, defect management process, test strategizing and test planning.
  • Strong automation framework development experience; hands‑on experience with automation tools such as UFT or Selenium.
  • Relevant domain experience in ATM testing, debit and credit card.
  • Analytical abilities, strong technical skills, communication skills, ability to work in a multi‑stakeholder environment, people coordination.
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
