Be among the first 25 applicants. The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Essential Job Functions- Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, ensuring team members execute customer service programs such as Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.
- Ensure telephone answered per company policy.
- Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, DC add orders timely; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
- Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently, following procedure and using electronic outside purchase order ledger.
- Process retail returns and exchanges efficiently and friendly; issue refunds accurately using correct payment methods; stage returned merchandise correctly.
- Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
- Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
- Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedule; deviations approved by management; clocking in/out per policy.
- Perform all store opening/closing duties: day end procedures, verify/securing money/deposits, prepare bank deposits, ensure night security lights on, lock doors, arm/disarm alarms, secure delivery vehicles.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
- ASE Certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
