The Inside Sales Representative will serve as the primary sales and customer service representative to both existing and new accounts within an assigned territory. • Answer customer questions about products, applications, prices, & availability. Provide ongoing customer support & proactive follow-up
• GROW! Hunt for new customers and applications while also maintaining your current account base
• Discover customer product needs through probing questions and make proper material recommendations
• Calculate customer pricing from material and fabrication costs based on customer specifications
• Keep up-to-date on new products and applying new knowledge to your role
• Enter all quotes and orders into the inventory operating system (Epicor)

• Foundation in and a passion for a consultative, relationship-based sales role
• Comfort with CRM & inventory tracking software (Epicor)
• Knowledge and experience with plastics, distribution, fabrication, and supply chain
• High caliber communication skills
