• Supervise the daily outside service operation and hold the team accountable.
• Train, schedule, and resolve conflicts.
• Provide sincere and courteous service to all members with items such as bag handling, club cleaning, range organization, and all member requests within reason.
• Educate members regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth.
• Perform range maintenance such as presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintain ball inventory over the course of the day.
• Clean members' clubs upon completion of play and on the practice facility.
• Maintain accurate records of member play.
• Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse and cart storage area including bag room.
• Assist in the setup and execution of golf events.
• Maintain the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.
• Maintain the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition.
• Prepare golf carts for play following club standards.
• Assist members by changing their golf spikes, if needed, and providing shoe cleaning service.
• Direct start of play when necessary.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.

• High School Diploma or GED; and six months to a year customer service experience or training.

• Regular and reliable attendance.
