Redeemed Building is hiring a dependable and detail‑oriented Carpenter to join our field operations team. This full‑time position involves working on a variety of remodeling and construction projects under the direction of lead carpenters and project managers. We’re looking for someone with solid carpentry skills who values craftsmanship, works well in a team, and is comfortable working in outdoor conditions.

• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, doors, trim, windows, cabinetry, and general construction
• Support lead carpenters and project managers in daily site tasks
• Follow instructions accurately and complete work to project specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Adapt to outdoor working conditions and temperature changes
• Contribute to a team environment and maintain a positive, can‑do attitude

• Experience in carpentry or construction
• Working knowledge of carpentry practices, tools, and techniques
• Basic ability to read blueprints and follow directions (willingness to learn is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• No specific education level or certifications required
