Troubleshoot, diagnose, disassemble, evaluate, and repair wastewater and booster pumps and pump systems on site at customer locations.

• Perform field testing, inspection, equipment startup, and operating performance of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
• Replace packing, mechanical seals, and bearings in motors, pumps, blowers and generators and other mechanical equipment.
• Perform motor and pump alignment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, disassemble, evaluate, and repair rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, etc.
• Determine the cause of failure and overall condition of pumps and components through detailed troubleshooting.
• Assist with removal and reinstallation of customer pumps and equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on customer equipment and systems.
• Document necessary information on work orders such as pump information, motor information, cause of failure, parts required, and description of the problem.

• Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the language.
• Knowledge and adherence to job site safety (OSHA).
• Valid Driver’s License required.
