We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Residential Team Leader to join our dedicated team. Inthis rewarding role, you'll provide leadership, encouragement, and support within a safe, recovery-focused environment where every dayoffers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the livesof women and children.

• 8–16 hours per week
• Must include weekend availability

• Implement and support the daily program schedule and structured activities
• Supervise and engage with residents and their children in atrauma-informed, respectful manner
• Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of residents and children at all times
• Monitor and document client self-administration of medications in accordance with program protocols
• Complete accurate and timely shift documentation and reports
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries while fostering asupportive environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience inhuman services preferred
• Experience working with individuals in recovery, women, or families strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics

• Make a meaningful impact in the lives of women and families

Skills/

Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently.
• Crisis prevention and intervention skills preferred.
• Prior experience working in Residential Treatment and/or knowledge of early recovery related issues is preferred.

HOURLY WAGE RANGE: $18.00
