Position: Family Practice - Without OB Physician
A non-profit health system serving Indiana and Illinois is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join a growing practice in West Central Indiana.

Practice

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m.
Flexible schedule;
No weekends or holidays
Average outpatient volume: 20-22 patients per day

Shared Call 1:7 with Nurse Triage System
Physician will provide oversight to 2 NPs;
Group has 3 Physicians
Telehealth offered
Common Diagnoses:
- Child and adult wellness visits
- Back pain
- Endocrinology issues
- Hypertension
- Heart failure
