• Flexible schedule
• Average outpatient volume:18-20 patients per day
• Shared Call 1:9 with Nurse Triage System
• Physician will provide oversight to 2 Internal Medicine NPs
• Common Diagnoses:
• Child and adult wellness visits
• Back pain
• Endocrinology issues
• Hypertension
• Heart failure

• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• MD/DO
• ACLS/BLS
• IN Medical License or in progress
