Job Responsibilities- Operate assigned stacker equipment efficiently.
- Conduct changeovers on stacker equipment.
- Cut and install new conveyor belts as needed.
- Adjust the production line to meet quality standards.
- Band skids according to standard operating procedures.
- Flip skids when required.
- Maintain all supplies, including cardboard corners and banding materials.
- Follow housekeeping initiatives to ensure a clean work area.
- Communicate effectively with coater operators and quality control personnel.
- Perform quality checks and inspect sheets for issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment, including greasing lines.
- Perform resort activities such as running the resort line and sorting HFI’s.
- Ensure all equipment, guards, and safety devices are in place and follow safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably high-speed manufacturing.
- Strong record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime, including weekends.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl regularly.
- Ability to climb or balance as needed.
- Pass a physical and drug test, background check, and reference checks.
