Light Equipment Operator 2

Shift: Nights 11p-7a and 9p-7a

Starting Rate: $20.71-$24.50 per hour for day shift with a 7% increase for second and third shift.

• Company will provide all tools necessary
• Training provided

Work Hours: Days, afternoons and nights; 8 and 10-hour shifts.

Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville:
North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street;
South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position is for our South Plant.

As a Light Equipment Operator, you will:

• Operate finishing and packaging equipment
• Set up and adjust machines for production
• Create job packets and enter final counts into software
• Verify correct information is gathered at the start of the shift to complete the job

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 25 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and follow job specifications
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Ability to do basic math and computer knowledge
