Position Title
Production Associate – Floating Utility
Pay Rate
$22.67 / hr. with $0.40 shift differential for nights
Category / Shift
Hourly Full‑Time (6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m., 2 on / 2 off, 3 on 24‑7 schedule)

- Read factory work orders, print cards, and other documents to learn customer requirements
- Identify stock and products that correspond to work orders
- Perform assigned duties to ensure that production needs are met
- Assist other associates as needed
- Accurately use tape measures and other measurement and test equipment
- Inspect, count, stack, and unitize products according to customer specifications
- Identify and segregate nonconforming (reject) products and materials
- Accurately complete time sheets, reports, lists, and other records
- Keep the supervisor informed of any problems and/or unusual situations
- Maintain work areas to plant standards of housekeeping
- Floating utilities associates also follow the direction of the operator where they are assigned
- Maintain teamwork with machine crews and other associates
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
