As a Registered Nurse
, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, resident-centered care and collaborate with the care team to support the well-being and safety of residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and care needs.
• Utilize nursing skills to promote physical and psychosocial well-being of residents.
• Coordinate with nursing and facility teams to ensure comprehensive resident care and seamless communication.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
