Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 2 PM – 10 PM (Full‑time)

Sign On Bonus: $10,000 (ends 1.17.26)

• Supervise unit nursing staff and coordinate resident care.
• Ensure compliance with company philosophy, standards of professional nursing practice, and federal/state regulations.
• Lead and mentor staff in clinical practice and professional development.
• Promote collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.

• Supportive Presence:

• Leadership:
  Management experience or willingness to learn proper approaches to managing staff; passion for teaching, leading, and mentoring.
• Detail Oriented:
  Use clinical knowledge to exceed the needs of residents, families, and staff.
• Collaboration:
  
  Promote communication and interdisciplinary approaches to resident care.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
