Salary & CompensationBase salary ranges between $40,530 and $51,890, plus conditional commission of $20,000 to $100,000. Top earners can make up to $100,000 in total compensation.
How You Get the Job Done- Kick‑off with paid training and ongoing coaching to succeed independently in the field.
- Connect with pre‑scheduled appointments with existing customers and warm prospects.
- Use strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills to close deals and deliver outstanding service.
- 1+ years of commission sales experience (outside sales preferred).
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
- Proficient in upselling techniques and enhancing customer value.
- Excellent verbal communication and rapid rapport building.
- Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official business.
- Varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Background check, drug screening, criminal history, and motor‑vehicle record required.
