Field Sales Representatives bring customized, white‑glove experiences directly into customers’ homes. Drive sales goals, enjoy uncapped commission opportunities, and support customers with demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.

Base salary ranges between $40,530 and $51,890, plus conditional commission of $20,000 to $100,000. Top earners can make up to $100,000 in total compensation.

• Kick‑off with paid training and ongoing coaching to succeed independently in the field.
• Connect with pre‑scheduled appointments with existing customers and warm prospects.
• Use strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills to close deals and deliver outstanding service.

• 1+ years of commission sales experience (outside sales preferred).
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques and enhancing customer value.
• Excellent verbal communication and rapid rapport building.
• Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official business.
• Varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check, drug screening, criminal history, and motor‑vehicle record required.
