We’re looking for qualified drivers to staff stores in your area. As a Delivery Expert you will operate within a designated delivery area, complete door‑to‑door deliveries, and provide excellent customer service.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Strong navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate multi‑story buildings.
• Good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to accurately handle money and use a computer or touch‑screen to enter orders.
• Competency in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing quickly.
• Ability to drive, climb, lift, and carry items up to 50 lb during deliveries.

• Accurately process and deliver orders.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in delivery area.
• Relate with customers professionally over the phone and in person.
• Navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings while carrying product.

• Variable weather conditions when driving or delivering.
• Exposure to fumes from food odors and corn‑meal dust.
• Work in temperatures ranging from cooler to hot areas (90 °F+).
• Potential for sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and hot surfaces.
• Regular walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lb.

• Standing most of the shift, walking on various surfaces.
• Sitting for paperwork at a desk.
• Lifting: 50 lb cases, 30 lb sauce, up to 12 lb trays.
• Carrying and pushing: up to 7.5 lb on dolly.
• Climbing stairs or ladders as needed.
• Stooping, bending, reaching up to 72 in.
