Facilities and Administration Coordinator

We are seeking an organised and proactive Facilities & General Administration Coordinator for a 6-month temporary contract.

• Oversee office facilities, maintenance, repairs and contractor services.
• Coordinate office inductions, access badges, seating plans and building services.
• Manage office supplies, stationery, couriers, mail, cleaning and catering.
• Support office refurbishments, projects and relationships with landlords and suppliers.
• Maintain mobile phone and company car records.
• Support European general administration processes, purchasing and project work.
• Maintain procedures, databases and intranet information.

• Previous facilities management experience
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and suppliers
