We are currently recruiting for a Trade Sales Manager to join our Client's busy and reputable dealership in West Sussex. Our Client is offering the successful Trade Sales Manager up to £70,000 OTE.

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
• Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
• Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
• Sell and Buy Vehicles.

• Have a proven track record within the role.
• Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives.
• Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
