Vehicle Technician

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician/Vehicle Mechanic within an Independent Vehicle Specialist located in Crawley Down, West Sussex. Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

• Basic Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE (with flexibility for the right candidate)
• Monthly Bonus Schemes (up to £500 extra per month depending on performance, customer feedback, parts, servicing targets, and team goals)
• Monday to Friday only – 08:30 to 18:00 (with a 1‑hour lunch & two 15‑minute breaks)
• No Saturdays – Ever
• 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day each year after 5 years up to 30 days total

• Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
• MOT Testing
• Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults
• Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards

• Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
• Dedicated and committed approach

The salary of this role is up to £35,000 - £45,000 basic with monthly bonuses (up to £500). The hours of work are 08:30 – 18:00 Monday – Friday; no weekends.
