Vehicle Technician – Crawley
Hours – Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm;
Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (Rota basis, typically 1 in
4)
Salary – up to £47,600 OTE (basic £30,000–£39,000 + £6,600 bonus uncapped + additional £2,000 EV bonus), plus over achievement bonus!

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client’s main dealership in Crawley. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models. This position requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex problems.

• Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Keep up‑to‑date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

• Experience as a vehicle technician and/or a relevant, up‑to‑date qualification.
• Bonus:
  Holding an MOT qualification.
• A person who takes great pride in their work and has incredible attention to detail.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• A stocked toolbox that can be used for work.
