Early Years Assistant - Long-Term Nursery Position

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years environment, ideally working with children aged 0-5.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding practices and the EYFS.
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to childcare, with a focus on building meaningful relationships with children and families.
