We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a major civil engineering infrastructure project
. You'll support the commercial management of live works, gain strong exposure to NEC contracts
, and be supported to progress towards Senior Quantity Surveyor level.

Ideal for a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step.

• Commercial support on civil engineering & infrastructure projects
• Preparing valuations, cost reports, and applications for payment
• Assisting with NEC variations, compensation events, and change control
• Supporting subcontractor procurement and account management
• Working across site, office, and home

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering or infrastructure
• Some NEC3 / NEC4 contract experience
• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management
• Strong communication and commercial awareness
• Working towards MRICS / MCICES (desirable)
