Lincoln Rate: £270 - £280 per day 2 weeks We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage the a small refurbishment project for two weeks looking after the Electrical contractors, floorers and decorators.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard Managing snagging lists and quality control Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager Valid SMSTS , CSCS Black Card , and First Aid certificates - Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades Excellent communication and organisational skills If you're available and interested, please apply today or contact us for further information.
